JW's and Watchtower publications?
What other religious organisation use a magazine to back up their beliefs.
Most JWs when answering a question will add a link for a Watchtower article on said subject.
Do other denominations have a back up magazine?
Is their such a thing as the Muslim News or Catholic Times?
And if JWs are so insistent that they strictly follow the bible why do they add a watchtower quote/link?
Aren't the bible verses alone sufficient, or could they be open for interpretation?
Is the Watchower the rubber stamp on the bible?

Jw are easily impressed with allot of scriptural references. They seem to equate truth with the number of various verses referred. Never once stopping to really analyze the context of who the verse was written by, for, and the context of what was being discussed.
If that verse is from Psalm and it refers to paradise or idyllic conditions, they will apply it to their new world doctrine. Without ever considering that the almost the entire book of Psalms, was poetry and songs, with words that were chosen to affect the heart and emotions of the reader.
The jw here makes all these references to Isaiah and other books that mention something that fits into the doctrine, yet would probably be hard pressed to tell you what that Chapter and verse originally intended to say to the Israelites it was written for.
