I think im retarded or have a sort of disorder?
i have a hard time multitasking and sometimes i feel like i left something on or aka obsessive compulsive a little bit of that I have to like either wash my hands 2 or 3 or i just put on gloves but thats rare. I get very bad grades on test often. Im very creative when it comes to drawing people or art stuff. I have have strong memory & remember unconscious stuff. like one time i smelled something off of a electricity i unconciously overeacted probrably because a tv fell on me at age 3-5. when i hear of sounds i get a picture of a ball or a shape moving, feel the wave of music, See color. i ask friends about similar things like "yea do you ever get a picture of a tan colored ball when you hear this sound?" most of em say no?

It sounds like you have synesthesia, a harmless neurological condition that causes links between different parts of the brain. There are several different types of synesthesia; seeing sounds is one of the most common, but smelling shapes is rare. It seems to be more common among people on the autistic spectrum.
Other than that, nothing you described sounds abnormal. Being creative, having a good memory...these things are just part of who you are. In fact, synesthetes are more likely to be artistic and have good memories than nonsynesthetes. Also, everyone has unconscious or implicit memories.
OCD-like behavior also seems to be more common among synesthetes, judging by what I read on forums. True OCD means your compulsions have a big impact on your everyday life, which doesn't seem to be the case here. Everyone has a few compulsions here and there; it doesn't mean you have full-blown OCD.
As for multitasking, the brain is simply not wired to do multiple tasks at once. You may have a more difficult time with multitasking than others, but believe me, most people are not good multitaskers. Autistic people in particular tend to struggle with multitasking. I have Asperger's syndrome myself, so I know how that is.
I don't know why you struggle with tests, so I can't give you an explanation for that. Maybe you have a different learning style or struggle with test anxiety.
