Is republican economic ideology patriotic....is it really country first?
Seems to me that republican economic ideology is more about selfish greed and making bigger and bigger profits and protecting and increasing the wealth of the rich. I dont see country first at all.
Actually from what I see, its more like " any other country other than USA first as long as I get mine first. Screw everyone else. Screw borders, screw national economic security, screw my countrymen".
This is why as president Bush gets ready to leave office after 8 years, 8 years for most of which he had a GOP rubber stamp congress, we are having an ecomomic meltdown and americans are suffering...while the number of millionaires and billionaires has increased.
There is no common good or country first in republican economics. You have to look at it like putting bank robbers inside a bank vault late at night and saying...now haul as much cash out as quickly as you can before the bank reopens in the morning. Thats what republican ideology is when they are in charge.
Republicans? Patriotic? LMFAO. Now that's a contradiction.....
