Over 40 dating tips for divorced men
Lets begin with a fact……..you are not in your twenties any more and you may not find it easy to step into the over 40 dating arena after you went through the bitter experience of getting divorced with someone whom you may have loved dearly for years. I find it helps to keep a notebook of ideas you have and suggestions others make...that way when you go home you can think the ideas through thuroughly and decide what you think is a good thing to do.
If you make a choice, whether it be the right choice or be because of ini mini minee mo STICK BEHIND IT. let others know you considered all the other ideas, and feel that the one you chose is the best. YOU ARE THE LEADER you make the choice.
Choose your style :authoritative, participitative, or delegation.
authoritative works best when you know the most about the topic. an example is "this is what we are doing, and this is how we are doing it"
Participitative works best when all the members of the group know about the same. ex: " okay, heres the situation, now lets bounce ideas off one another"
Delegation works best when somebody else knows more than you do about the situation "okay, you take control, and i will help everybody stay on track!"
If you are soft spoken then make sure you think things through. give yourself 1-2 nights per decision, then once you decide dont let anything in the world change your mind!
