Checking your Brake Fluid

Many people travel with faulty cars and end up getting insurmountable problems on the road which could have easily been avoided by simple, regular car checking and servicing. Among the parts that should be regularly checked in a car is the brake fluid. If the break fluid is not sufficient, it may lead to a serious accident. Some of the things you will need to check the break fluid of the car successfully are, car manuals, brake fluids and hand soaps.

The first step in changing the break fluid of a car is parking the car on a level surface, engaging the parking brake and turning off the engine. One should then look for the master cylinder of the break. The master cylinder is usually located beneath the hood which is on the drivers side, towards the engine compartment’s back of the car. It is dangerous for the brake pedal to go to the engine part of the car. The part of the car known as brake master cylinder is a tiny (6 by 2 inches) rectangular metal piece that comes with a plastic reservoir as well as a rubber cap which sits on its top.  Tiny metal tubes coming from it are another feature of the cylinder.

When checking the break fluid of a car, the next step calls for checking the manual of the car if not sure of the master cylinder’s location. When the brake fluid reaches the cylinder’s rubber cap, it usually reads “use only DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid from a sealed container.” It should be noted that new cars usually have translucent reservoirs and it is possible for one to see the level of the fluid without having to remove the cap. The fluid of the brake should always stand at the line labeled “full”.

For older cars made before 1980, the reservoirs of the master cylinder are made of metal. This makes it possible for one to easily check the brake’s fluid level without having to take the cap off. The top of the cylinders are usually fastened using metal clamps. A screw driver is the best tool to use for popping the clamp off. Lifting the lid is the next step and adding more brake fluid onto the “full” line. To prevent the brake fluid from spilling, one should use a funnel when adding the fluid. It is advisable for one to use only the recommended brake fluid for their car. To find out the correct grade of brake fluid that is needed for one’s car, look at the rubber stamp as well as owner’s manual.

Quite a number of cars make use of the Department of Transportation (DOT) three and four brake fluid. Incase the reservoir has two parts; one should fill both of them.  After filling the reservoirs, replace the cap and tighten it immediately. Then check the car’s fluid level after every two weeks to find out if there is a leak or not. Regular checking of the brake fluid and refilling it when necessary is vital for the overall maintenance and functioning of the car.

So libs, can we change the name of this health-care bill you created?

Since the only two things left, in this turd of a health-care bill you created, are the mandatory fines/jail that force everybody to buy a private health insurance policy and the tax increases on everything the FDA labels as a medical device from heart pacers to maxi-pads.

I propose that we rename this jewel of yours as either:

1. The Democrat Forced Contract With Big Insurance Bill
2. Tampon Tax

Suggestions?

Don't blame republicans, they are a minority.

Republicans couldn't stop a one-car parade in Washington, much less a presidential priority to remake the health-care system.

Democrat majorities in the congress.
Democrat majorities in the senate.
With a waiting rubber stamp in the oval office.

Why are the majority of americans against your idea's for health-care?

Remember Democrats, America is watching!

How about:

Death Panels R-Us
Logan's Run Health Care Bill
You'd Better Take Care of Yourself Bill
If It's Good Enough For Canadians Bill
Eleven Million Sickly Cubans Can't Be Wrong Bill
It's Never Worked Anywhere Else Health Care Bill
What? You Want to Live Forever? Health Care Bill
